Firefox 32 ; nice speed boost

Colour me tickled. Firefox finally gets a much needed overhaul in the caching department. Without any expectations, I fired up the 'Moz' and was surprised how much faster it launched ~2-3 seconds. I noticed the same under Linux.

For the weeb:

The biggest addition for the desktop platforms is public key pinning, a security feature that helps ensure that people are connecting to the sites they intend. Pinning allows webmasters to specify which certificate authorities (CAs) issue valid certificates for their sites, rather than accepting any one of the hundreds of built-in root certificates that ship with Firefox.

Re: Firefox 32 ; nice speed boost

So... if I use firefox for more than 6 months again... it won't take upwards of a full minute to start? COOL!

I guess it depends on whatever you're software/hardware config is ... i.e. solid state drive helps a lot / replace adblock plus with Bluhell Firewall  , etc ..
